Grab & Go Meal   EPSD9 and our food services provider, Sodexo USA, serve free “grab and go” meals for kids 18 and under. Bags include lunch and breakfast foods. 

These locations serve Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 
Table Rock Elementary - lower campus parking lot
Shady Cove School - office parking lot

Childcare

Child Care Plan for Emergency Health Care Employees

Oregon Governor Brown’s Executive Order 20-08 related to school closures includes direction to provide childcare for first responders, emergency workers, healthcare professionals, and others as consistent with guidance provided by Oregon Department of Education.

Eagle Point School District’s Emergency Child Care Plan is operated by the Rogue Valley YMCA and was developed in conjunction with school districts and medical organizations and follows coronavirus mitigation measures.

We understand that not all families have internet access at home. EPSD9 is committed to providing the necessary tools to ensure equity of access for all students. Learn about available services:

Charter Communication's Student Remote Educational Offer    (DIRECTIONS FOR GETTING CONNECTED)

Comcast: Free Public WiFi - Free for 60 days on all Xfinity-branded hotspots (see map; locations in White City and Eagle Point)

Companies that have signed the Keep Americans Connected Pledge are making concessions so that families do not lose their services as a result of the coronavirus. This means that for the next 60 days, they’ve committed to waive late fees and to not terminate a residential or small business customer’s service due to financial circumstances associated with COVID-19. They are also suspending data usage limits for consumer customers during this time period due to COVID-19.

Health Care

 School Health Centers Closed  

EPSD9 School-Based Health Centers Closed

During the school closure, the EPSD9 School-Based Health Centers will be closed. Rogue Community Health in White City will be open for families who need assistance.

Rogue Community Health Offers Virtual Visits

Rogue Community Health announced that it has launched Virtual Visit, a telemedicine solution that allows patients to receive diagnosis and treatment for common medical conditions from a Rogue Community Health provider using a smartphone, tablet or computer via video connection.
