OEBB 2019-2020 Information

Mandatory OEBB Health Insurance Open Enrollment

August 15th through September 6th

All eligible employees who wish to maintain, or to enroll for, medical, dental, vision, life, and long term care insurance must participate in Open Enrollment. This is mandatory for the new policy year beginning October 1, 2019.
Medical/pharmacy plans
  • Moda Medical Plans 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (Connexus Provider Network)
    • Coordinated Care (PCP360) option
      • Lower deductibles
      • Lower individual out-of-pocket maximums
      • Lower co-pays
    • Non-Coordinated Care option
    • Plans 6 and 7 are HSA eligible, optional
    • Note: Synergy Network plans are discontinued on 10/01/2019
 Dental plans
  • Delta Dental Plans: Premier Plans 1, 5, 6 and Exclusive PPO Plan
  • Willamette Dental Plan 
Vision plans available
  • Moda Vision Plans: Opal, Pearl, Quartz
  • VSP Plans: Choice, Choice Plus
Tiered-rate district contribution and plan rates
  • The district contribution amount and your premiums will be based on your enrollment status.
  • Monthly district contributions for eligible, full-time employees
    • Employee Only: $505
    • Employee + Spouse: $1097
    • Employee + Child(ren): $979
    • Employee + Family: $1575
  • Plan rates: Please see the plan rate sheets on the OEBB website
  • Employees selecting Medical Plans 6 and 7 are eligible to receive a $75 monthly contribution from the district upon opening and maintaining a qualified Health Savings Account (HSA). 
  • Insurance opt-out incentive - $3000 per year
    • Must opt-out medical, dental, vision
    • Identify other qualified, group-type coverage
